We
believe all of the Bible comes from God and is the
authoritative truth of God.
We
believe that God is all mighty, all knowing, never changing,
and has created all things.
We
believe in one eternal God who is three persons: Father, Son,
and Holy Spirit.
We
believe God created one human race that rebelled in sin.
We
believe salvation is being rescued from the lostness and
separation from God caused by sin, by being united to Christ,
and therefore joined to “the people of God,” who inherit the
kingdom He promised.
We
believe God offers salvation free, by His Grace, by means of
our faith, and through the atonement won for us by the death
and resurrection of His only begotten Son, who is our Lord and
our Savior, Jesus Christ.
We
believe “the people of God,” joined in local congregations,
are chosen by God to worship Him, demonstrate His love, and
tell the Good news of Christ to our neighbors, our city, and
the world, until Jesus Christ returns. |
