Allyn Harris - Dault
Allyn Harris Dault came to St. Louis in 2001 to attend Washington University; he liked his new home so much that he's still around. He has long had an interest in discipleship, leadership development, and ministry education, so when he heard World Impact was looking for a Coordinator for The Urban Ministry Institute of St. Louis, it seemed a perfect fit. Allyn and his wife, Jennifer, are also on staff at Third Baptist Church (him - choir director, her - secretary) and are full-time MDiv students at Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Shawnee, KS; it makes life busy, but it helps them better understand other church leaders who balance family life and jobs with developing God's gifts to persons in ministry - and they love it most days! Allyn enjoys great conversation, languages, math, a few TV shows, pretty much all sports, and seeing people grow into who God has made them to be. Andrew & Adria Medlen
Andrew and Adria Medlen both began to feel called to urban missions while in college. Originally from Topeka, Kansas, Andrew attended Manhattan Christian College, where he studied Family and Youth Ministries. Andrew did a summer internship between his junior and senior year of college and although he had to return to Kansas at the end of the summer, his heart remained in the inner city of St. Louis. Immediately following his graduation, Andrew moved back to St. Louis and has been doing ministry with World Impact for almost eight years. Originally from Camarillo, California, Adria attended college at California State University Channel Islands where she studied English. It was during college that she began to develop a heart for inner-city issues. When introduced to World Impact in 2005, she decided to pursue a one-year internship and after she graduated she moved to St. Louis in January of 2006. Following her internship, Adria decided to pursue full-time ministry with World Impact and joined missionary staff. It was through their individual calls to serve in urban mission with World Impact that Andrew and Adria met and in January of 2008 they were married. Both Andrew and Adria share a desire to serve and mentor youth. Andrew coordinates St. Louis's participation in World Impact's Leadership In Training (LIT) program for high school youth. They both mentor junior high and high school students, as well as assist in weekly Children's Bible Clubs. With a background in English, Adria also assists the ministry through writing prayer letters, newsletters, and the like. To read Adria and Andrew's most recent prayer letter, please click here. Randy, Hannah & Mona Riggs
Randy & Hannah came to World Impact St. Louis in June of 2009. Since then, they have added to their family with their daughter Mona and son Gavin. Previously, the director of a funeral home, Randy, along with his wife Hannah, felt led into ministry and began seeking opportunities of service. They began a life of ministry together, starting by shepherding a home for high school girls whose families were unable to care for them. The Lord continued to lead them toward urban ministry and a year later they moved to St. Louis and began serving with World Impact. Randy and Hannah are so pleased to live within the community they serve, sharing Christ with their neighbors and learning what God has to teach them through those they meet. After serving in various roles at World Impact, Randy was named as City Director at the beginning of 2011. To contact Randy, please click here. Kelly Schjenken
Before coming to World Impact Kelly spent 28 years in business and has volunteered with numerous non-profits and churches. Vicky, his wife of 31 years, works as a CPA and a Director of Tax at Charter Communications. They have raised three children, Melody, Valerie, and Kenneth, and have three grandchildren. Kelly grew up in a poor rural setting and experienced his greatest mentoring from those who exhibited amazing faith in the face of great hardship. Through this he has come to believe that God has a special place for the poor, both the spiritually and economically poor. His desire to reach the lost for Christ and minister to those who are spiritually and economically poor brought him to World Impact St. Louis. Kelly served as City Director of St. Louis from 2002-2010. Now Kelly serves with World Impact through various other roles. To contact Kelly, please click here .
Rachel Huguenin
Rachel came to World Impact St. Louis in the summer of 2011 from her home town of Topeka, Kansas. She had finished her Freshman year at Manhattan Chrtistian College. Rachel wanted to do something that put her faith into action. After hearing a World Impact missionary speak about the St. Louis ministry, she decided to see what God wanted to teach her through serving for a summer in the city. One of Rachel's favorite aspects of ministry was the opportunity to live in the community where she served and the relationships that she built as a result. Many days she would come home from planning and her neighbor would be outside. Building relationships with this young girl, as well as other families in the nieghborhood brought her outisde my comfort zone, which stretched her faith that summer.

After leaving at the end of the summer, Rachel's neighbors and her experience stayed on her mind. She prayed about returning and felt God lay it on her heart to return to the city. Even though it meant taking a huge step of faith and leaving a college she loved, she decided to follow God's voice and commit to a year-long internship. Rachel graduated Manhattan Christian College with her Associates Degree and has decided to be faithful to God's calling on her life and is learning just how important the lost are to God. Jordan & Kathryn King
Jordan and Kathryn have recently joined staff and moved into St. Louis. They became familiar with the ministry of World Impact while serving at Harmony Heart Camp, one of World Impact's camps in Pennsylvania. As a teenager and college student at Philadelphia Biblical University, Jordan worked as weekend and summer staff at Harmony Heart. Kathryn joined full time staff at the camp in 2007. Jordan and Kathryn met while working at the camp and were married in October 2010. Kathryn continued to serve at camp, while Jordan worked as a family counselor in the community. During this time after much prayer and seeking the Lord, they both felt called to minister in the inner city. Not long after that decision was made Mason became the newest addition to the King family on November 4, 2011. Jordan and Kathryn are excited to live with and serve their new neighbors in North Saint Louis and are ready to see what God will do in the city!
